Thank you for capturing our wedding day and presenting it in a most creative, professional, fun
and meaningful format. I am excited to watch it over and over again with all of our family (which you
know is a lot ;). Working with you was excellent and a pleasure from beginning to end. The video
was delivered in the time-frame you said it would be. Your fees are beyond reasonable for the
work you do. Your professionalism and service were unmatched and the end result is phenomenal.
From our first e-mails and phone call, you were on the ball, answered all my questions, and
resolved any concerns. You really listened to what I was looking for and what was important to me
and James. You then skillfully incorporated it all into the video. Your presence through out our
wedding day was very unobtrusive as you fit right in with things. While very professional, you were
amicable, built great rapport with everyone, and made it easy for people to be expressive.
Your service and work went way beyond what I expected, from providing extra lighting for my
makeup to capturing our unforeseen bus ride down mountain. You coming up a day early for the
rehearsal really demonstrated your dedication to your work and being prepared for anything. Your
sense of humor and flexibility helped the day run smoothly and relieved me of stress because I
knew you were on top of everything you needed as unexpected things emerged.
All of this is just the beginning as your real work and time goes into editing and producing the
video. Everyone who has watched the video has had tears as well as laughter while experiencing
our special day over again. You captured the ceremony completely and in a way that takes us
back to the exact time and emotion. The highlight reel is awesome as you put in additional
footage to show colors and changes of the season. The Moments and Memories part of our video
captures the feelings and essence of the day through snapshots of the meaningful things and
people in our lives. The entire video is a mix of the fun, emotion, and beauty the day offered, all of
which was brought together and wonderfully portrayed by your work.
Our wedding video will be treasured by me and James and our families as it is history in the
making and so well done. You take a huge amount of pride in your work and the video shows that.
Thank you for personalizing everything, from the footage to the DVD cover, and making it uniquely
ours. I am pleased to know you and have had you as an integral part of our wedding day to record
and document it, then transform it into a beautiful video to share and remember always.
